My stupid Doctor stopped taking emergency visits. So, if I'm sick I have to wait two weeks or so for an appointment. Unacceptable!

Would anyone be able to recommend a internist/general practitioner in the Rego Park/Forest Hills area?

We went to the NSLIJ Urgent Care Center here in Rego Park (near Sears) in the past, but it's twice as expensive as an office visit to a regular doctor. We're looking for a doctor to replace our old one, someone we would interview with and establish a long-term relationship with.

Frank, I'll give your doc a call and tell 'em "Frank sent me!"

Sort of... She's not feverish and dying, but she's still got a bad sinus clog and sore throat. She doesn't want to go to a doc's either!
