I will probably pick this up again when it goes free, I mean why not? Despite my misgivings when it was announced, the game is actually quite good.

I'm getting really fired up to play this again. Looking fwd to seeing what they've done the past couple years, as well as playing the storyline (which was excellent) again.

I've heard mostly good things about the expansions. Moria is supposedly pretty grindy, but he new classes (runekeeper and warden) sound good. They also added Skirmish mode, where your pc commands npc troops in battles tied to the storyline.

I am reinstalling this game right now, watching the movies last night got me stoked to play it again.

The Conan music via this is also top-notch.

It's not free yet but I'm playing anyway. All my old characters were still there! I started a Human Warden on Silverlode and I like the play style of the class. You only have 3 basic moves (Spear, Shield, Fist), and you build up combos from them. Fun!

He's got DoT and HoT, and I've soloed to 12 so far with no problem. I made it to 11 without dying once.

That was a fun game, until it got all generic MMORG-y at the higher levels....

So, if I just never play the higher levels.... Hmmmmmm......
