Patmos' link does indeed confirm it as a Draco-Lich. At about the 12 minute marker on the recording.

Did anyone get to play Castle Ravenloft at Gen Con?

It was held in a glass cage out of access but in view the entire time. I couldn't find any demos. Bastardos.

Watched the YouTube videos of them unpacking and explaining it. Looks pretty awesome. Sort of like mini-4e adventures on a gameboard and tons of undead. I love games where you have to setup a scenario and then work as a group to "take down the bad guy" or whatever.

They also said that the other boardgame coming out in Decemer, Wrath of Ashardalon, will be able to work with Ravenloft to make some mega adventures.

I'm very excited for this game.

Here are the videos if anyone is interested:

Looks cool! Anyone have info on how long it takes to play?

People who played at Gencon said 45-60 minutes once you know the rules which are quick to learn.

They also have cards that summarize the rules for you and most of the parts tell you how to use them, so you don't even have to look up the rules. And unlike Descent, setup is a breeze since you build the Dungeon as you play!

My biggest question which I didn't get a clear sense of is how do team tactics work? In 4E we can flank and help each other in many ways. There is no flanking in this game. That said, I know that if 1 player dies you all lose, you share experience and healing surges which may be the key to answering my question.

According to this guy's rules summary (he says he played at GenCon):

Fighter gives +1 AC to allies on the same tile
Wizard gives a +1 to attack tolls to allies on the same tile
