that gives you the current data use (but there is some kind of 5 day lag)
I used about 180MB/month and changed to a 200MB plan and stated to use my iphone more carefully, no youtube etc. When I got the bill I had used more then 1GB... at one time I had downloaded 180MB of data. I do not even know how long it takes to get 180MB of data down over 3G.
I do not know if other has experience this problem but something is very strange.
I think that AT&T will have a very thought time with a lot of strangeness that occurs in the transition form unlimited to these new plans.
